After the corrugation boards come off the track, pass through the flip board, and are placed on the pallet, the forklift moves past them. The forklift stops in front of the warehousing area, where the counting machine tallies the boards before transporting them into the warehouse. Typically, one counting machine is assigned to two conveyor tracks of corrugation boards to ensure smooth counting without causing blockages. However, if there are multiple tracks and a limited number of counting machines, the counting process can also take place after the boards enter the warehouse.
In the warehouse, inventory counting of stored corrugation boards can be conducted to adjust the inventory records.
Before loading the corrugation boards onto the transport vehicle, a count is performed to further ensure the accuracy of the quantity delivered to the customer.
